Homemade Chocolate Cake for New Year

INGREDIENTS:

• 2 cups Maida
• 1 cup Milk
• 2 Eggs
• 100g Butter
• 1½ cup Powdered Sugar
• 2 tsp Baking Powder
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
• ½ cup Cocoa Powder

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat oven to 180 degree at bake mode for 20 minutes
2. Beat 2 eggs in a bowl
3. Add powdered sugar, mix well
4. Add maida, mix well
5. Add cocoa powder, baking powder, milk, butter and vanilla essence
6. Whisk well to combine until lump free
7. Lightly grease cake pan with butter or ghee
8. Pour batter into cake pan and keep it inside the oven and bake for 30 minutes
9. Sprinkle choco chips, your cake is ready
